Where in Cape Town do we deliver?

We deliver anywhere!

We are based in the Cape Town Southern Suburbs so there is no delivery fee for City Bowl and Southern Suburbs, but a delivery fee will apply to areas beyond that. This will be included in the quote.

How long will a set-up take?

A party of 6 (three teepees) generally takes around 45 mins – 1hr, larger parties can be up to 1.5hrs depending on ease of access and layout.

* Please note that the area needs to be cleared of furniture before we arrive.

How much space is needed?

Each mattress is 160cm long and 65cm wide, with the teepee frame fitting snugly around the width of two mattresses side by side. Call us to discuss your space and we’ll come up with a plan for the perfect layout for your home.

Is the lighting safe?

Yes, all fairy lights are battery operated and heat-proof and safe for children to operate. Spare batteries are provided so no party gets left in the dark!

What age do you recommend for sleepovers?

Age is but a number! Anyone with a young soul and free spirit can have a teepee sleepover party.

How is the bedding cleaned?

All bedding is laundered after each party and we disinfect the accessories. Teepees and rugs are spot cleaned as needed.

Who will deliver and set up the party?

We will let you know a few days before the party which trusted Teepees & Tassels party stylists will be setting up your party with their contact details so you know who to expect.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no cancellation fee if done 30 days or more before the booking but thereafter there will be a cancellation fee. Please take a look at our terms & conditions for more detailed info. If you need to change the party date please let us know as soon as possible.

How far in advance should I book my party?

Due to the high volume of party bookings over Friday and Saturday nights and school holidays, we recommend booking at least 3 months in advance to secure your date and get first pick on your theme.

If I book a mid week party, is the price the same?

Yes, but we do have a special deal every once in a while, follow us on Instagram and Facebook for all surprise special offers and new themes.
